How many steps are there to get to the villas? Are the villas easily accessible?
The public parking area is located directly across from the villas, making arrival and departure very convenient. There are only three easy steps leading to the entrance, so access is much easier compared to many properties in Santorini that require navigating numerous stairs. Guests of all ages generally find the villas comfortable and easy to reach.
On which floor are the bedrooms?
Our Luxury Villa features one of its three bedrooms on the ground floor, making it an excellent choice for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper level. In our other villas, all bedrooms are situated on the first floor, offering privacy and beautiful views while keeping the living areas separate.
How far is the nearest grocery store?
A local convenience store is located just a 5-minute walk from the villas and offers all the essential items you may need during your stay, including fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, beverages, and everyday necessities. Larger supermarkets, such as LIDL and AB, are approximately 30 minutes away by car. For this reason, we offer a grocery shopping service, allowing guests to have their villa stocked before arrival or during their stay for added convenience.
Can you help us with transfers or car rentals? What do you recommend?
Absolutely. We are happy to arrange both private transfers and car rentals for our guests. Rental cars can be delivered directly to the airport, ferry port, or the villa, making the process effortless. Our personal recommendation is to arrange a transfer upon arrival and decide later whether a rental car is necessary, as some activities, such as sailing excursions, include transportation. We also highly recommend Seven Sundays, operated by Daniel, a local expert who offers exceptional island tours. He knows Santorini intimately and can introduce you to hidden gems, local wineries, authentic villages, and unique experiences that most visitors never discover.
What activity is your top recommendation for someone visiting Santorini?
Without hesitation, our top recommendation is a sailing excursion around the caldera. Sailing allows you to experience Santorini from its most spectacular perspective while visiting the volcanic hot springs, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and admiring the island’s dramatic cliffs and famous sunsets. All of our villas feature private jetted pools designed for relaxation and comfort. Each pool offers stunning sea views and beautiful sunset views, allowing guests to enjoy Santorini’s famous scenery from the privacy of their own terrace. The pools are approximately 1.60 meters deep and provide the perfect setting for cooling off during the day or unwinding while watching the sun set over the Aegean Sea.
Please note that the pools are not heated. During the summer months, the water temperature is naturally warmed by the sun and is typically around 20°C (68°F), providing a refreshing and enjoyable swimming experience throughout the season.

Are your villas near the action or in a quiet neighborhood? How far are you from Oia?
Our villas are located in a peaceful and authentic part of Santorini, in Foinikia, offering guests the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Away from the crowds and busy tourist areas, this pedestrian neighborhood provides a relaxing atmosphere. Here you can truly enjoy the island’s natural beauty and breathtaking sunsets all in walking distance. At the same time, Oia is easily accessible, allowing guests to visit its famous restaurants, shops, and sunset viewpoints whenever they wish before returning to the comfort and privacy of the villas.
